Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario (ETFO) and Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) Labour Update

The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario (ETFO), who represents all public English elementary teachers across the province, including teachers at the Renfrew County District School Board (RCDSB), have announced they will begin a Phase 1 work-to rule on Tuesday November 26th.

This action will include Ministry and school board administrative tasks. For complete details on this work to rule impact, click here. A series of meetings is scheduled to take place between ETFO and the Ministry of Education over the coming days.

The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) is currently still at the bargaining table, with talks scheduled to continue.
